Gave me a brand background as I didn't know much and also explained everything about the different types. The agitators, auto sensing, top or front loading to me so well so I knew I got the right one for my needs. On top of all that he stayed open late so I could make it down after work, and when I couldn't figure it out he came to my house and helped me hook it up! Amazing guy amazing prices and will be recommending and sending all those who are in search for appliances in the future! Thank you again Alex at quality appliance repair!
