Was able to do most of the ground work for the deal remotely including preauthorizing financing. Product advisor Emerson Arandia went above and beyond to get the deal done not only answering texts well past business hours but came in on his day off at my convenience.

(February 18, 2021, 8:50 pm)Great place to get service, parts or a new vehicle. Service and parts are very knowledgeable. They are always friendly and try to help you out as much as possible. If they don't know the answer they will book you in to the techs and get everything sorted out. The sales team is fantastic they always have he answer to my questions and if they don't off the top of their heads they find out in a timely manner. They give you all the information and let you make your decision on if you shoukd get a vehicle or not. They don't pressure you or push. I have never once been hounded with phone calls because I didn't buy somthing that day. And once you do buy they call randomly (once or twice a year) just to see how things are going and if there is anything they can do to make your vehicle or experience better. I will always go talk to them with all of my Toyota needs.
