Even the seller commented how comfortable she was around Joel and how professional he was. The report generated after was easy to navigate and understand even for a noob like me. Would recommend highly!

He pointed out a lot of minute details that I would never have considered, and his report was very neat and easy to understand. We are very happy with the service he gave us, both in the inspection and I explaining all the details of said inspection. 5/5 would deal with him again.

He even took the time to walk me through some areas and show me how certain things worked. Highly recommend! Great customer service!

(March 4, 2021, 5:11 pm)We were really happy about Joel’s inspection. We wanted an inspection of a house we have an offer on. He was quick to respond and set up an appointment. We are about 45 minutes out of Moose Jaw. He was on time and went over everything with me with a thorough hard copy report. He also did a sewer inspection as well and showed the video of the sewer scope.
Joel is an experienced carpenter, so it really put us at ease, and gave us confidence moving forward with our purchase after he had inspected the house.
We thought his prices for everything, including travel cost was more than fair.
We would highly recommend inHome inSpections to anyone looking for a home inspector!
