(December 29, 2018, 11:50 pm)Regina spin studio in the vein of SoulCycle -- positive atmosphere, rhythmic exercise routines, and enthusiastic instructors. If this is what you're after, look no further.
As a cyclist who enjoys spinning, these spin classes are a bit out there, it's basically bike dancing with some high rep, light dumbbell work thrown in because why not.
I'd like to see more than two showers, and think that a 45-minute class is on the low-side for high-intensity cardio when you factor in warm-up and cool down. Maybe add some 60-70 minute classes? -
