(August 15, 2018, 11:16 am)The last time I was at this Shoppers I had a fairly long wait at the tills - just waiting for someone to come by and ring me through. This review was saved by one of the late night workers whom must have been stocking shelves or something which kept him busy and away from the front. Anyway after a period of time I was starting to get pretty frustrated. When the worker noticed I was standing waiting at the till he full out dashed across the place to help me. He was so apologetic I instantly forgot how long I had been waiting. Funny how when you see a worker care about their job and their customer - how that can wipe away a negative experience and turn it into a positive one.

(March 2, 2017, 6:28 pm)5 big stars! The pharmacists at this location are not only "on the ball", they're compassionate. Even when they're slammed with cranky sick people! As someone who has quite a number of ongoing & serious health issues, it's imperative that I have a team working on my behalf, that has earned my trust as having my best interests as well as comfort in mind. I ask A LOT of questions and regardless of how busy these folks are at any given time, they never lose sight of what's important. I'm often in the store a number of times during any given week at different times of the day. Time and time again I notice that the interactions between patients and pharmacists seem to contain the same friendliness & stellar knowledge base I've come to know. These folks come across as personable and authentic while still maintaining a professional and competent directive. This is extremely special to me. Not to mention rare in today's world. Enough so that I wanted to take a moment to write this review in appreciation as well as for a very strong recommendation to others!
