  Busy place. Line-up was handled efficiently. Staff polite.. friendly. Cream dispenser was empty and it took a few minutes to get someone's attention...and yes the coffee was great.

  Drive through is a nice addition to starbucks in regina. Prices vary on my drink due to different cashiers. I prefer the southland mall one where I can order ahead.

  Friendly staff. Greets you by your name inside and even in the drive thru. I found that closing hours differ for some reason but they personally tell customers that they are closing at this time so and so.

  I've only been through the drive-thru but the service has always been friendly. Sometimes it's a little bit slow, especially if there's a line up. I haven't had any problems with my coffee though. It's always good.
