  Room was clean and beds were cozy. Gave me a doggy treat bag as I had a puppy with me, which was really thoughtful! Really enjoyed the room. Definitely stay there again!

  We had a good stay here. The room was clean and was bigger than I thought. The pool was fun but it was not warm at all. The gym area was basic and nothing fancy. However, they have fresh towels and a water cooler so I appreciated that. Breakfast was good for a “free” continental breakfast. There were eggs, ham, and you can make your own waffles. However, I thought the eggs and ham were bland and almost cold.
  
  What I didn’t like as much was the level of customer experience from one of the staff when we arrived. I had two kids with me (almost 2 and a 4 year old). I had so many bags to carry and I had a hard time holding everything and trying to get two kids inside the lobby. I got in and the guy at front just looked and didn’t say much. I dropped everything on the chair and picked up our room keys. After getting my keys, I was pretty much wrestling with our stuff trying to hold everything. I would’ve appreciated if the guy stopped looking at his computer and at least offer to help. I didn’t expect to carry my stuff but he could grab one of those luggage carts. Nothing, he just completely ignored us. I talked to another guy that was covering the night shift and he was very friendly. Made me wish the other (maybe he works during the day) can learn a thing or two from the overnight guy.

  Great hotel! Great staff! Rooms were great. Pool was clean! Beds were comfy. Always stay here in Regina.

  Out stay was excellent! The check in was quick and easy and our room was awesome! We spent a lot of time visiting with family and the staff were very accommodating, even giving us the use of the breakfast area for a larger meal with all of our family. Housekeeping staff were excellent and the room was always tip top. Can’t say enough good about this hotel and the staff. We will definitely be back!
