  I had Floform in to do some work in my commercial kitchen and because of the work of the plumber, a complete re-do of the entire countertop was required. Unfortunately, the plumber, while initially seeming interested in rectifying the issue, ended up claiming total non-responsibility. Floform stepped up and in and took care of everything, including the plumbing correction, and re-installation of new countertops.
  
  Top notch and stood by their word and more - I will use Floform again, and recommend them. I would not and will not recommend Douglas Plumbing and Heating.

  FloForm-Regina...great staff from sales to installation. Love our new countertops. Cheeseboard was a nice bonus.

  Where do I start. I received a quote in September 2016, quote was lost, had dimensions taken multiple times, finally got a laminate countertop installed in December 2016...except the countertop was milled too short on 1 side leaving a crooked install on the countertop. Called in for a re-do, currently writing this review on March 6th, and the countertop was milled too short again. Woof.
  
  EDIT: installers returned to work with the countertop & got it to fit. Installers are great and finished product looks good, but it took a long time to get resolved.

  I went to every single granite and quartz countertop shop in Regina and all the shops were unhelpful in showing me any selection, each seemed to only have 5-8 different types on hand and they give you a site to look at if you want more selection but of course no prices. Not to mention how hard it is to make a 5000-10000 dollar decision on sometime that is an inch by an inch big picture online. There showroom by far is the best with a full selection and take home pieces so you can see how it looks in your home. The installers were amazing and very polite. I had ordered a very expensive cast iron sink from kolher, on the day of install I found out that the sink was actually slightly warped and could not be used. Instead of charging me for there time or try and throw it in without it being correct they took the counters back and allowed me to order a new sink (which wasn't bought through them) and let me reschedule to accommodate. Which when being in that situation made everything easier. The counters look amazing the product is top of the line, and so is the service. Would not go with anyone else. Very happy with my purchase.
