(December 9, 2018, 2:50 am)I am just getting into making my own milk kefir and bought my grains from Kristen. She was so helpful and answered all of my questions as I got things going. I also tried her sauerkraut and a special item she recommended just for me. I will definitely be purchasing more fermented foods from her in the future and am very interested in her classes!
