  Great help, nice people. They were willing to open up a charger and test it on our laptop so that we wouldn't make a mistake

  We went in to buy a laptop and although online it said they had 1 left, a gentleman in the department told me that it was currently on hold for another customer(please note I also had to go ASK for help, which is crazy for best buy - there's usually on you like a dirty shirt!). I left displeased and went online and reserved a copy via their website, and not even 5 minutes later I was notified that my laptop was now ready! When I showed back up at the store they said there were actually 2 in stock (one on hold, and one sitting waiting to be bought)! I was disappointed with this as it was a bit of a hassle, but the gentleman that helped me at the online pick up counter was pleasant, apologetic for the mixup (even though it wasn't his fault) and nice to deal with.
