  Dr. Bitinsky approached the appointment with my husky/german shepherd (Prima) in a very kind, patient and intelligent manner. Prima is of a more timid disposition, yet was very comfortable during her appointment. She was allowed ample time to warm up before the examination began, and was given lots of treats, pats and kind words throughout the entire process.
  
  During the appointment, Dr. Bitinsky took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. She seems to be very knowledgeable and ensured that I left the clinic with the information I needed to best care for my four-legged friend.
  
  To those of you looking for a vet in Saskatoon: I would reccomend checking out this clinic. Forest Grove gave Prima & I a great first impression.
