  These guys were great! They were contracted by Lowe's to install a dishwasher, which went swimmingly (never letting my dad try to install an appliance again), but what made their service really incredible was when they came back. I'd called Lowe's because after they'd left I'd noticed that something was leaking under the kitchen sink and I didn't know if it was related to the installation or not.
  
  The guys came back right away and took a look - turns out it was nothing to do with the install but was actually an issue with the water hook up point to my building and a couple loose fittings attached to the kitchen faucet. They tightened everything to stop the leak and let me know what would need to be repaired/replaced should it happen again - all at no charge.
  
  They were very nice and did more for me than they had to - and even when bringing in the new dishwasher they didn't track snow or dirt onto my laminate flooring, which was appreciated.
  
  Overall, I was more than happy with their service and would definitely have them in to do repairs again - when my old-a$& fridge finally dies I know who I'd like to install a new one!

  Perfect experience. Responds very quickly during Family Day. Nice mechanics and good skill. Of course they give me good price indeed. In a word they are reliable. Thanks.

  Thanks to Des and his team for the quick handling of our leaking water heater problem. It was greatly appreciated that he was at our house within an hour of me phoning him and then had his guys at the house the same day. Nam and Dee had the water heaters swapped out in no time which resulted in little disruption to our family! They also did a great job of keeping the work space clean and tidy:)

  Now that's how you build a business.
  They came, gave me two possibilities for the problem and the costs associated with each, fixed the problem and lo and behold it was the lesser cost. Three hours--$427 with no surprises. When I called them on the phone and they determined it wasn't an emergency they asked if three days later at 9 AM would work for me and I agreed. They showed up five minutes early.
  
  These guys operated like they had respect for the customer. Drop sheet everywhere they worked and shoes off at the door. Cleaned up better than when they arrived. I was home and they called me over whenever they wanted to show me something important. Their whistling while they worked was a little off-key but they tried!
  Great experience all the way around and couldn't recommend them more. You'd be lucky to have them.
