  It’s a bold move for trainers to branch out on their own. Heidi and Mitch sure put all their energy into their passion. They are very experienced trainers, do small group training and offer cpr training for fitness professionals. They also have massage therapy. Studio is spacious and has all the basic weights, cables, and dumbbells to offer training to a variety of people. Highly recommend!

  Couldn't ask for a better experience. Mitch and Heidi provide exceptional service. Personally tailored workout plans, great coaching, inviting atmosphere. They make the usually tedious experience of working out, a great experience. I originally bought 10 sessions, and now I am at session 32. If they had 10 stars I would have given BioMechanics all 10.

  I went to BioMechanics looking for a trainer that cared about me. The trainers here have tailored my programming to my needs, are always ensuring I am executing the movements correctly (so not to injure myself), and provide a positive environment to train. Thanks BioMechanics :)
