I've had my Juggernaut for a little over two years and still feel the thrill as if it was a new experience every time I set out for a ride. Both off and on road it is the most exciting vehicle I have ever piloted. When I needed some assistance and parts, Roshan was right there to advise me, support me and even advise a mechanic specialist on the best methods to address my issues. Go for it, you'll love it Wes , Goleta, Ca.

I had a great experience buying two bikes from Biktrix. They answer all my questions. One bike took 4 days to arrive and the other one was three days. Both bike arrive in perfect condition took about 30 min to setup and I was ready to ride. My wife was very excited when she took off on her Stunner LT. I got the Juggernaut it has amazing power.

Bought the Ultra 1000 (2019). It arrived in the States in perfect shape. Not a single scratch. Set up was super easy. A friend who puts together bikes for a large local shop was impressed with everything about the bike and how it didn’t need any tweaks to ride. The owner and staff promptly returned all calls and emails. Customer service is phenomenal. I can’t wait to see what innovations they bring in the future.

The Biktrix Stunner High-Bar I purchased has been a remarkably good bike right out of the box. It has proven to be a sturdy, reliable and fast bike for all the type riding I like to do. It comes with a throttle that has proven to be extremely useful when riding in the city. I was also amazed at how light it feels when peddling without assistance then, how easy it is to put in the assistance I desire. The tires it comes with are both very good for cruising and some light to medium off-road riding, especially on dirt roads and some trails. It has encouraged me to do some amazingly long distance trips (I'm 75) that I wouldn't do otherwise. and when I return, I still have huge amounts of battery remaining. I encourage my friends who are interested to always look at Biktrix first, because I know they can find a very good bike to meet their needs.

    Juggernaut Ultra 1000 (2018)
Got this bike to mainly use as a commuter with some fun stuff on the weekend. Two mile commute each way, with some steep hills, bike paths, roadway, shoulders, railroad tracks, and a grass field.

This thing is a BEAST! I've already had to deal with rain, snow, ice, gravel on roadway, and I can honestly say that I've never felt so comfortable on a bike, especially so on my commute. I've already been run off the road once and the beefy tire took that railroad rail like a champ, with no damage to the rim.

It has been cold here the past few weeks (mid-20's F) which is when I would have usually taken the bus. Not now that I have the juggie! I layer up, hop on, and let the PAS do all of the work. The throttle is great for getting those first few cranks and the Ultra motor has plenty of oomph to make you question if it might be just a bit much.

The shipping weight says 35kg (77lbs) and I don't doubt it. Add to that, the wide handle bars and wide tires and it feels almost like riding a small motorbike. Not in an "i don't feel in control" sort of way but more like "dude, this this thing is awesome" way. Despite the weight and even with the 20mph limit (which can easily be adjusted via a menu), I am still able to comfortably stay with traffic with some pedaling effort on my part. It's not uncommon to look down and see the display showing 29-30mph.

I'm looking forward to the spring so I can get this thing out into the mountains! Perhaps I'll update this review in 6 months.

    I definitely recommend Biktrix!

    *My setup*
    Model: Juggernaut Ultra 1000 (2018)
    Battery: 48V 11.6Ah
    Fork: RST Guide suspension fork
Brakes: Dual piston Tektro Augira disc brakes
    Wheel: 26x4
    No suspension seat post
    Rear Rack and Fenders
    Roswheel pannier bags

    Pros:
-Roshan @Biktrix is great with customer communication
-Simple set-up with decent documentation/media on the website
-Gearing&motor combo works great for the many (and steep) hills in my area
-I sometimes ride with loose fitting pant legs, so the front sprocket guard is much appreciated
    - I like the handle grips and everything on the handlebar feels comfortably accessible
-Thanks to the 4" tires, I've never felt so safe on a bike
-Cable management is very well done. Most is hidden in the frame and exterior connections also have velcro straps around them
-Low step-over height is great for winter commute clothing
-Satin black paint job looks so good!
-The brakes feel very solid, considering they are safely, comfortably, and quickly stopping 250+ pounds of 30mph downhill energy on parts of my commute

    Cons:
-U.S. customs didn't want me to receive my goods in a timely manner, so they conveniently offered their free "return to sender" service
-Seat post is a little short for me and my 34" inseam. Will probably grab a suspension seat post in the near future.
-Pannier bags don't fit on the beefy rear rack. (Roshan is sending a different rack)
-Derailleur needed some minor adjustment, so not as "out-of-the-box" as I'd hoped. Definitely nowhere close to a deal-breaker. :)
-Brakes howled pretty bad at first but seem to have calmed a bit after breaking in
    -Pedals are slippery
-Wiring coming off the headlamp was loose and required a dab of glue
