  Jim has helped me so much in a short time period. I have never been to a therapist before but I am sure glad I did or else I would still be struggling. He is so open to listen, while delivering excellent and true advice. He knew me better than myself in only a few sessions.100% recommend him. I will never forget my experience with Jim. Thank you!

  Jim is nothing short of amazing. This was my first counselling experience and I could not be happier with the results. Jim made me feel comfortable while staying professional and keeping me accountable to my desired outcome. In just a few sessions, Jim has helped me to make a lasting change and I'll continue to use his counselling and suggestions to improve even while I am not seeing him regularly. Thanks, Jim!

  I was very skeptical about counselling before I started but after meeting with Jim, my opinion has changed. My life is turning around because of him. Jim is so genuine & made me feel like I mattered. I am a much healthier, stronger, & more confident person because of him. He makes people face the hard truth & move forward.
  He was also very accommodating with appointments as I came from outside the city. Highly recommend Jim to anyone needing guidance & clarity!!!

  I went reluctantly to see Jim and, in the end, it was worth every minute. He holds you accountable and makes you look within yourself for the answers instead of giving them to you. He's statements are raw and truthful and his "homework" is tough, but i have become a much healthier person mentally because of that. Thanks Jim!
