I recently special ordered some tires for my wheelchair; no returns allowed understandably. Luckily they fit. The staff is pretty good too.
The sales lady was very polite but it appears there is a "no return" policy in this store
If there were more than 5 stars, I'd give Sage and all the crew, that rating. This spring, my Mom had need of Sage's services and equipment and I spent more time at Sage than Cliffy and Norm spent at Cheers. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the level and quality of service I received both visiting on my own and with my Mom. Along with several smaller items, we made a larger purchase-an excellent walker-and the patience and product knowledge we received, was second to none.
I believe I dealt with 5 different staffers, and every single one was professional, accommodating and charming. Going the extra mile seems to be the norm and I thank you so much for everything.
I would recommend this excellent resource pool to anyone.
