Great family and customer service up to their closing. I have a substantial credit at Feature Flooring but getting no response to this being taken care of. I would appreciate getting a call back or a call that could assist me in getting in contact with Jef or Murray.
Amazing people, great service
Generally buying carpet here was a good experience. Some communication issues in the front office, but with time those were worked out. I waited a bit longer than their quoted time for installation, because I wanted Jef to do it. The wait was worth it. Jef was obviously experienced, careful, great to work with, plus he didn't arrive too early and was always done by 5! I'm satisfied with the job well done and the carpet I picked out.
We could not have asked for better service and quality. We had a water leak into our basement bathroom which resulted in a fairly major renovation to that bathroom and the replacement of flooring in the upstairs bathroom. Jef was very accommodating and was willing to do our renovation in stages so that we could get our upstairs bathroom flooring replaced before doing any work in the basement. As the toilets had to be removed in both bathrooms, we would have had access to no toilets if he had required us to do the entire renovation at the same time. He also installed vinyl on the shower wall in the bathroom and it looks great!! Thanks so much. We didn't know anything about Feature Flooring before we had this work done, but will definitely be going back if we ever need more flooring done and we would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring.
They helped me pick the right flooring colour that matched best within our existing colours. Once they received the flooring in it was installed within a week. Great price, great service!!!! Definitely recommend
