  UPDATE ! FEB 15./19 PI came to the rescue , he fixed the problem, kept in contact the whole time, and the products were A-ok.Thanks to him for saving the day, and my watch/latern, and restored my faith in customer service with the wow factor. Thanks again.
  
  Will update this when they fix the issues . Hopefully they will be stellar (read: perfect) at saving this interaction. ;-)

  We have purchased phones from this location for at least the last three rounds of family phones (over the last several years including their previous store in Lakewood) and went back only to that store to upgrade again yesterday. My experience there with Brook was excellent as he was knowledgable about the products they carried, was able to transfer all of the material from my old phone to the new one right in the store and he was so pleasant and personable with me and with other customers who came into the store while I was there. I recommend this Bolt Mobile location and ask for Brook. You won’t be disappointed. Note: Download their app before you go as you can book a specific appointment time if you need to and they have coupons for discounts on there too. We will definitely be returning to this store when we need mobile products in the future.

  Excellent customer service. They went out of their way to make sure that we were totally satisfied! They were friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. Will definitely go back there again.

  I came in to Bolt Mobile today and had a great experience. I really enjoyed the relaxed no pressure atmosphere and the good selection of phones. I was helped by Rob who definitely gave me some honest and knowledgeable answers to my questions. I was planning on shopping around and getting some other opinions, but after having a great experience here, I did not feel I needed to look elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Bolt Mobile to any friend or family looking for a new phone or that just has questions about their plan.
