The staff at the pot shack is honestly so kind and accepting of anyone and everyone. They share their recommendations and will even have a chat with you if its not too busy. I always love coming into the store and being greeted by all the smiles and kind faces. 10/10 you guys! Thanks for always making my day a little brighter :)

I enjoyed the service actually, seemed what they need thoub is a person dedicated to informative services. For the detailed answered we were looking for, our guy was also manning the door to check ids(even if you are clearly of age). Other than steep prices like every other dispensary it was a rather pleasent experience.

I'm impressed with the layout, processes and staff at The Pot Shack. Upon walking in I could smell a faint aroma of cannabis and instantly felt relaxed due to the dim lights and chill atmosphere.

A staff member is stationed at the front entrance behind a small counter who asks every customer for government I.D whether you plan to purchase or not. Once your I.D is checked and scanned, you're allowed behind the retractable belt.

There are two tables with multiple menus listing the products they carry. Each "brand" has its own name, what strain it's derived from, percentages for both THC and CBD along with the price per gram.

Tonight there were two staff members at the tables talking with customers about how the menu works. They are there to help you and provide all the answers to the questions you have. I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrew and I must say he is incredibly knowledgeable. Thank You, Andrew!

The prices range from $8-$24 per gram depending on the quality of the bud you choose. The packages are sold in 3.5 gram amounts and they also have rolled joints for purchase as well. I purchased 3.5 grams of organic bud for $88 and change.

Once you decide what you want there are small notepads beside the menu's to write down your order. You rip the paper off the pad, you proceed to the check out line where you wait for a staff member to assist you. At the counter you can find grinders, papers, pipes, etc. You give the paper to the staff member and they "fill" your order.

The bud is stored in a sealed plastic container/tray inside a box that has a seal at the top indicating the box has never been opened. Depending on what brand of bud you purchased, you may receive a humidity control pack inside.

All in all, I'm very satisfied. I've been to other shops in and out of the city and this one will continue to receive my business.
