(June 24, 2020, 4:18 pm)I needed a quote to have some ancient cast iron pipe changed. The people I spoke to on the phone were pleasant. The owner, Gary Nickel, came by my place to have a look. He called when he said he would, came when he said he would, was nice to my jerk dog, and gave us an honest opinion that didn't make him any money. If we need work done in the future I will call Nickel Plumbing. Thank you Gary!

(January 22, 2019, 3:46 pm)Had a furnace emergency on a Friday evening when the temps were dropping to -30C. After a frustrating response from the company where I originally purchased my Lennox furnace, I made a desperate call to Nickel Plumbing & Heating. Got an incredible response! Within half an hour, Jeff was at my residence to check out the problem, got it working until they could get a replacement part. Everyone kept me informed throughout the process regarding parts, etc., and the repair was completed by Steve in a brief service call Tuesday morning. Huge thanks to the team at Nickel - my new "go to" guys for plumbing & heating!

Their service techs are very knowledgeable, and they do their best to get the work done in a timely manner, offering the BEST solution for their clients! I would highly recommend them for their commercial service!

(February 6, 2017, 5:00 pm)I can't figure out where any negative feedback is coming from! We have dealt with Nickel plumbing for over 40 years, and my parents used their services long before that. They are consistently professional, extremely responsive and very friendly. We simply wouldn't go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
