I had my first massage with Andrew last week and he is so well trained. Very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to listen to concerns and teach appropriate stretching. I will definitely be going back! Very highly recommended.

I am in the senior years of my life and have always been fairly active. I started working out at the gym, and have been doing so for the past 4 years. In late August 2018 I injured my shoulder doing bench presses. I thought I could work out the problem by backing down the weights, but after six and a half months, no improvement. I was directed by a fitness consultant to make an appointment at Mackie Physiotherapy. I phoned, got an appointment for an assessment, and wound up seeing a therapist named Nadia. After the assessment she told me what was wrong and best yet, how to fix it. Nadia understood the fitness goal I set for myself and started the coaching routine to guide me along. I experienced the healing process at work. It was comforting to know that I wasn't in this process by myself with the possibility of future injuries. My friends at the gym could see the improvement as well, and I was able to share with them some techniques Nadia gave me; although I recommended they could get an assessment done for themselves. Nadia is always so upbeat and cheerful and that in itself is therapy that people could use every day of their life. Thanks Nadia!

I am a Personal Trainer and bring my clients to Mackie Physiotherapy for "technical sessions" whereby I coach them on proper lifting technique at their respective training facilities in Saskatoon. I've been doing this for about 3 years and have been made to feel very welcome at Blaine's facility. Much more important is that since referring a number of my clients to Blaine & his staff for a variety of physical ailments, the treatment, interaction, care & overall structural improvement has even second to none. The professionalism & knowledge Blaine & his staff impart on my clients has improved their various physical ailments dramatically and I know my clients have & will continue to recommend Mackie Physiotherapy to family & friends without hesitation. Thank you to Blaine & his team for all they do for the athletes I train.

I'm an avid outdoor enthusiast in my early 50's, who likes to squeeze in as
many adventures as possible in the year. My hubby of 30 years and I love
back country canoe tripping, hiking and mountain/road biking , and living a
    fun, active, healthy life.
We both came to Mackie Physiotherapy due to repetitive injuries from work or
sport and found Blaine to be extremely understanding, committed and caring.
His diagnostic skills and ability to zero in on cause, along with his
expertise to treat and goal set had us hooked.
I will never forget when Blaine told me that what I liked to do for fun was
up here, ( as he reached up above my head) and my level of fitness and
strength were here ( as he motioned near my shoulder) and what we need to do
    is get them closer together!
This totally motivated me to join the gym, work on strength training and set
some new goals. Over the years, I've attended an amazing strength training
camp for women my age, taken his tailored workouts to do at home, gained
confidence and new muscles, and met some great like minded people at the
    gym!
I see Blaine every month for a one hour blissful, yet challenging
**neurofascial stretching session.**This keeps me in check and in shape for all
of the fun things I like to do, and I consider it my mandatory maintenance!
I've also had some great massages, acupuncture and have been treated very
well by the rest of the physio team. When Blaine's schedule is full, there
is always someone on the team that can take care of me.
I know that I will continue to be healthy, strong and in good hands with the
Mackie group, and I always feel good sending friends to see Blaine and
crew, who need some help, or motivation to get well!

Blaine Mackie is the best physiotherapist I have ever visited. He, like most physiotherapists, performs many physical tests to try and address a problem, but what i find unique about Blaine is that he also asks great questions, listens attentively to your answers, and then uses his knowledge/experience to diagnose your problem. Blaine seems very interested in correctly diagnosing an issue so that he can give you optimal treatment and advice.
