I had a pain in my shoulder for months whenever I extended my arm or moved it too much. I went to see my chiropractor and she recommended Grace.
Throughout the massage I thought I was gonna die. Wow! Her hands are super strong. I have a tiny frame and I felt like I was going to cry. When I went home My joints felt swollen. Grace had advised me to soak in Epsom salt, but I didn’t have any one hand. The first 2 days were rough. But my day 3! Omg! My shoulder was healed! She really went in on the trouble spot and somehow it worked! It’s been a few months and the pain hasn’t come back. I am in awe! I struggled with that pain for so long. I thought I needed a light relaxing Madsage but grace new better. Sometimes you need some pressure and a lot of elbow grease lol. I highly recommend her for chronic pain. Expect it to feel worse before it feels better though. But man, it’s so worth it.

Absolutely love going to see Grace. When I found out I was pregnant my cousin recommended her to me for prenatal massage, and I am so glad she did. Grace has all the pillows you need to make you and your pregnant belly comfortable. I would recommend her for anyone who is looking for a great massage. She knows what your body needs and goes above and beyond any other massage therapist I have had in the past.

Personally, I really dislike massages where it feels as though the therapist is tickling you with a feather. Ive gone to Grace for massage for a couple years now ... deep tissue she delivers. the new space at grip it is awesome chill vibe. i also took part in one of her infant massage classes and she passed along a bunch of good technique (easy and effective). highly recommended
