  Very good experience at this hotel. Have stayed for quite a few days and must say the staff are very friendly. Front desk went above and beyond which was very appreciated and the food is good the rooms are clean. excellent customer service . I would highly recommend this place . Only thing was the pool was extremely cold . But you wont loose a star from me for that !!!

  Our family loved the stay they answered the phone right away when booking the reservation, everything was nice and clean. Rooms were clean and nice had good sleep. Breakfast was really good as well and also went swimming in the morning and Kendal opened the water slide and the inner child opened up in me I had a lot of fun. Had a very amazing experience with this place highly recommend you guys to stay here, loved it. When needed more towels and shampoo staff was very friendly and gave us what we wanted Thank You.

  Beautiful rooms with enough room for a family. The waterside, hot tub and pool area is awesome, but watch out for the automatic shower just inside the door of the pool area! It'll get you! The work out room has some pretty good equipment in it, too. Staff was friendly and helpful.

  Beetle in bed, mattress cover had huge stains and skirt was dirty. We were moved to a different room. Bedding seemed clean but the room itself wasn't very clean and a tile was off completely in the bathroom. We got 10% off of our bill @ check out. Weak response. They did try to make it right. Free Breakfast was good. Service was good. Bed was comfy. The sliding lobby door fell off the track as we were leaving the lobby. Everything needs maintenance and a really thorough cleaning.

  This hotel is perfectly fine. The rooms are clean and well organized. There is a pool and hot tub, although I didn't use either one. I did use the fitness facility which was decent. The staff here all seem friendly as well.
