  My Dad has been a resident since December 2016. He loves it there! When we visit Dad the staff always makes us feel welcome! They always have a smile on their face. Some of the staff even sing :) The place is always clean. The times that we have joined Dad for supper with everyone - the food has been great! I love the way they treat my Dad with respect and they genuinely care for him. They tease him and give him a hard time which he loves. I also appreciate the play area for the kids - it keeps them happy and quiet! Huge huge thank you to the staff for making my Dad and us feel like at home!

  Visited on business but seemed to be a caring home. Very clean and bright

  I think it is a place I would love to see my parents in if they could afford it.

  My mother is a resident at Diamond House and she could not be happier. The care is outstanding and she is very happy. There is always a nurse or care aide in very close proximity of my mom, which gives her peace of mind. She enjoys the meals and is very happy and content with the environment and the skilled, friendly, helpful and caring staff. As well, there is an indoor greenhouse which she enjoys immensely, an art room, games/puzzle room, fitness room and plenty of room to go for a long walks, and lots of lounge areas to watch a show or movie. Other residents have been very welcoming to her and she is enjoying the conversations. As well, staff are very good with engaging with my mom and checks on her often. I visit with my mom everyday and see for myself how wonderful this place is. Highly recommended.
