  Other than my rewards number not always working this hotel is great. Wifi speeds are excellent, rooms are outstanding and the staff are friendly.

  Nice building. But room was cold and blankets were thin. Having been traveling in the cold across Canada it's nice to find a warm room waiting for you, so this could be improved.
  Very slow check in with three papers needing filling out, the most I've seen yet in 6 days of travel.
  Also, should probably invest in a water softener, shower wasn't great and water took 5 minutes to get warm.
  
  Overall, it's more like a "Best Western Minus" rather than a Best Western Plus.

  Nice hotel. Great location if heading out of city on west side. Excellent breakfast. We were there with a hockey team. Great place for teams.

  Great place to visit one of the best breakfast I ever seen. Super helpful staff. Very clean property. Thanks for the great experience.

  This hotel is amazing , friendly staff and very clean rooms I was offered an upgraded room which was huge.
  The breakfast was fresh, hot and amazing.
  The lobby as very clean and inviting and the pool was amazing,
