Built our very first home with HSD and definitely was a great experience. From having to customize our house plan to helping us chose detailing on the house, HSD and their vendors have been so helpful. It's not easy to imagine our home based on measurements on a paper. But these guys know what they do and are prideful in their work for a reason.

The service provider is good and reliable but services provided by some of the companies he hires is worst for eg. his hardwood provider company and roof metal company. The service is not up to par, quality is bad

Excellent project in the background very beautiful construction well equipped, I had the chance to visit the Coteau-du-Lac project the welcome was wonderful very warm the property was really well built well designed in terms of design and decoration the rooms are d 'a good dimension really a haven of peace in a new development very quiet and well chosen, I encourage you for new buyers to take a visit it is very convincing
