Copper Branch

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this particular franchise. The food itself is always good at Copper Branches, this is more of a problem at the franchise itself. Went in on a Thursday evening and despite the staff being nice, and the restaurant being opened for several months, they had run out of a lot of things (wings, salad dressings, etc). Also with the exception of the big main menu, there are many other products sold such as hot sauce and kombucha; all with their prices printed on officially. The owner seems to have taken it upon himself to significantly mark up his prices despite what it says on the signs. For example: the hot sauce on the front counter has a sign that says 5$ printed nicely. The 5$ was crossed off and 10$ was marked instead, i would understand it it went up a few cents or a dollar but double?!?! As well the Kombucha sign behind the counter on the wall indicates a decent price but when I asked for some I was charged over 2$ more than the price written on the wall (this time it was not marked down but the cashier advised me it costs as much as beer).

For the second time I have been to the restaurant. Half of the ingredients were missing in my order. We had to replace them with something else. They also had no more orange juice to make drinks.

One of the nicest Copper Branch locations in my opinion. Very nice seating area and of course the food is excellent, wholesome, and plant-based.

Love the general copper bowl, ghandi smoothie and the wings. Also the mushroom terriyaki burger. The nachos.....I could keep going. I eat here 3 times a week easily

I absolutely loved how Copper Branch went about designing their restaurant: modern and unique.
The customer service was warm and welcoming.
The food was amazing as expected. I'm no vegan or vegetarian but love eating at Copper Branch anyways.

I've been to others but this one in particular sets itself apart in a great way. I would highly recommend going, even if you're not a vegan/vegetarian ????
