I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. Evan and his team are professional, friendly, and accommodating to the customers schedule and requests. They arrive on time and work efficiently all day until the work is completed.

They clean up after each day (if the job lasts more than one day) and at the end of the job.

Samantha, the administrator of the company, emails the quote and answers all questions and inquiries promptly, efficiently and courteous. A pleasure to deal with!!

From the very first contact with Les Toitures Intact everything was well structured, detailed, well scheduled. Our communication started by phone as the company was recommended to me (I got their business card from an acquaintance). The quote came by email - the quote was detailed, clear, competitive. Samantha was great - I got detailed answers to all my questions, worries, timing questions in a very quick manner. The documentation sent was error-free, which I respect a lot. I had contacted 4 other roofing companies before Les Toitures Intact, they were nowhere close to this level of high-quality initial communication.

I was contacted a couple of days before the arrival of the crew. The team was there right on time as promised - I appreciate such punctuality! Evan and the team did a great job, working efficiently and productively. The crew were respectful focused on the work.

All the roof work was done excellently. I have a small attached shed, which the team took on too. Great! The team cleaned the premises, removing all the debris and vacuuming the place.

Evan was extremely patient with all my questions. Evan was also open about the progress of the work.
