He took the trouble to move furniture / objects as needed, went the extra mile to inspect places that we believe inaccessible. He was honest and transparent throughout the inspection.
Without his report, we would have bought a house with major problems that were not visible. We are very satisfied with his service. We recommend it without hesitation! -

Mr. St-Pierre was quickly available at competitive prices. Punctual and warm from the first contact. He is a frank and transparent man. We hired him to inspect our home.
The Inspection was complete and detailed. The report was provided within 48 hours. He took the time to answer all of our questions in a clear and concise manner. He supported his explanations with facts and reference tools (ex: Installation manual for exterior cladding X) He explained to us in detail the maintenance details for the house and made recommendations regarding the maintenance of the house .
We are confident with the inspection he did. -
