(December 11, 2018, 7:18 pm)I do not particularly know this Notary who was referred to me by a real estate agent, but simply advise you that by shopping the prices for performing notarial acts, his price was +/- equivalent for certain documents and for a notarial act considered "Basic" for a particular house, it was $ 300 more expensive than the competition ..... so, Shop around !!!
