I took my course 4 years ago in this Driving School and I was very satisfied with it, I always expected this experience and from what I had heard recently, Everyone was always caring and respectful. In short, as it has always been

Outside, I went back there with my wife recently for her driving course and the experience, although very short, was somewhat bad.

Let me explain, I went there with my partner because we were there, we both return because she has communication disorders and sometimes has trouble expressing herself, moreover she is afraid to drive and wishes to be informed of how the training is going to alleviate his fears.

We are immediately stopped and abruptly indicated that only one person at a time can enter, I then try to explain the situation but no luck, So my wife comes out and leaves me alone for HER driving lesson because she thinks she will have too hard to say exactly what she needs, so good...

Thereafter, I try to take information, the price, the beginning of the course, the training, if computers are available?

I am simply told to leave with no response and told to look online. In short, that's what I'm going to do, thank you anyway for the information but the way we are treated on the spot. Especially since I was personally happy but this experience was not at all pleasant for me...

I understand that now everything is online but the way we were addressed made us really uncomfortable, there are ways of saying things, especially since we were understanding, respectful, followed the requests on places of the secretary and I never took a tone that would have been more misinterpreted, polite and courteous and A to Z for my part, I left and sincerely, we felt very uncomfortable about this who happened...

At least, in my memories, the teachers and driving instructors are very friendly. no worries with them!
