Vicky, our tour guide was just absolutely fantastic. She had just so much energy. Her explanations were engaging and catered to English speakers very well.

Love this place and it is best for hiking with kids or friends. Missed the tiur but definitely will try it next time.

Vicky, the guide, was just amazing. She explained everything in a really amusing way and she was very funny. But, to be honest, when you pay such an important amount of money in order to see the black bear, it is quite disappointing if that doesn't happen. We spent an hour in the shelter waiting in absolute silence. It was boring. I know is mother nature but...it was disappointing

My girlfriend and I booked the CRO tour online. The place is really special, we were in this forest where all the animals are free to come and go (don't worry the tour is safe:) ). In the middle of the tour we arrived to a wonderful lake where we paddled with rabaska canoe, i will remember this place forever, the quiet and the beautiful nature are simply overwhelming. Also super nice to see black bears in their habitat doing breakfast, so cute! Thank you very much to our guide Noemi, she is really passionate!
