(December 20, 2022, 8:54 pm)My Sprinter Van died this past weekend in the Monts Valin area, while I was on a snowmobile trip with my trailer. I contacted MB first thing Monday morning, as soon as they opened. Sebastian in service was quick to assure me that they would look at it right away. The flatbed truck from SOS arrived and the van was in their shop by 10am. Stefan, the van technician, was fantastic, traced the problem, and got me back on the road again before the end of the day. They also gave me a car to use while I was waiting. I could not have asked for better service, and the way I was treated, was fantastic. Thanks to all who assisted me. I am not from the area, but, if I was, I would purchase a car from them, and return for service. This dealership is fantastic!
