(November 25, 2019, 12:35 pm)Room was clean and modern, plenty of light. Massage chair was a nice touch!! The loss of 2 stars is due to someone above my room (102) having a dance party while wearing construction boots ALL night long. I woke up about 30 times from the sound of running/stomping...etc.

(September 4, 2018, 1:13 am)Ideal location if you want to go eat or have a drink in one of the establishments on the boulevard which are less than 5 minutes away on foot.
When we arrived, when we saw the general appearance, we weren't sure because it looked like a hotel that rents rooms by the month. In the end, it was very quiet, we even seemed to be the only occupants on the first floor.
It was very hot the day we checked in and they had turned on the air conditioning for us before we arrived, we appreciated being cool from the moment we arrived.
On the other hand, our room was clean and seemed to have had recent renovations. For the price (+/-$90) it's very, very good. -

(July 9, 2018, 10:30 am)Good experience. They have a sort of small locked garage for bikes at no extra cost. The location was very good (downtown) and there have been renovations recently, the floors are new.
The only criticism I have is the air conditioning. It worked very well, it was very cold even in a heatwave, but it was noisy, however it may very well be that this was just an isolated problem in our room (same as Gabriel Blais below). Otherwise, I recommend to cyclists without problem. -
