(August 21, 2022, 6:30 pm)Excellent freshly baked croissants, coffees and quick lunch. Amazing staff. They made me feel like a regular customer after couple of days and even remembered my name. The cafe opens at 8 am. Perfect for someone like me who needs the latte first thing in the morning and car glamping nearby.

(July 5, 2021, 10:52 pm)One of the best bakeries EVER! The food is amazing and on another level (not your typical/predictable baked goods). The venison pastry was a highlight and I wished I ordered more. The quality of the bread, chocolates and fruit filling was simply stellar. Worth the long drive!

(September 6, 2019, 10:17 pm)I've been to the best bakeries in Paris and Vienna but they don't even compare to the experience I had here at Nuances de Grain. The items we tried were absolutely divine. The flavours were incredible - I've never tasted anything as fresh or flavorful as the baked goods I picked up from here. Eating them on the balcony I forgot for a moment that I was in Quebec. It truly felt that I was in a small village somewhere in Europe. Stopping here was one of the best experiences of my trip to Eastern Quebec and I will definitely be back in the future.
