  Overall; Very Good service. Representatives were friendly. Technicians were pleasant. Units are working well. Of course, after the work was done required some clean-up which I believe was Normal. Very satisfied.

  Great service from office to installation crew. Had an old A/C unit replaced with a Lennox heat and A/C unit along with all the drainage and piping. The job was done in 3 hours during a snowstorm. Very clean and professional installers ( sorry didn’t get their names). Day 2 post installation everything working well and the unit is super quiet

  Installation only took a few hours. The installation crew was pleasent and efficient. It's only been in the house 12 days but is working beautifully. So far I'm very pleased. Thanks Air Climatisation.

  At first, we had a little bit of a hard time communicating just because we are anglophone I believe. After clarification of what we wanted to do (relocate the AC compressor), we had 5 star service, fast and perfect. There was follow up of the work by the company and honestly we couldn't be happier with the work. Highly recommended.

  Beyond the fact that these guys did a fantastic job at relocating my AC compressor, the management was fantastic. At first, and maybe due to my poor French, there was a couple of misunderstandings to arrange the work, but customer service, and specially Patrick, went above and beyond to meet my expectations, not only I recommend them, but I will keep them as my recurrent AC service guys.
