I have seen many other projects in the south shore, but this one is very unique and stragically located (Gare, access to highway, parks etc) yet very peaceful and family oriented community. The vendor is very easy to work with and they offer good value and customisation for your new house. I got my house delivered as promised! I highly recommend doing business with them.

(July 27, 2016, 11:09 am)I live here and it's an excellent place for new families as it's a young neighborhood. Easy to go to work either by the local shuttle to the train or by nearby highways.
