Pros and cons!
All in all, we take good care of our children:
- Many activities
- Good supervision in general
- A lot of emphasis on children's development
- Good menu
- Good communication parents / daycare
The problem, as far as I'm concerned, is the level of punctuality and professionalism of the owners:
- Chronic delays (opening at 6:45 AM announced), often 2-3-4-5 minutes late, sometimes more and I'm told it's just X minutes.
- I slipped a word to the owners and one said to me "the contract is the same and if you're not happy, you can break it" and the other one is tiring when I put the problem on the carpet because the delays are still as chronic a month after the first discussion, discussion where I had been advised that there was going to be someone 2-3 minutes before the opening.
There is not a lot of place where, as a customer, I would accept to make myself talk like this but as it is about my children, I take on me ...
