Benoit was quick at getting back to us to book an inspection appointment. We were on a tight timeline and he accommodated us in his schedule for the next morning. We've consistently had fantastic service from Gestion Septique BR. We get biannual filter cleaning and I'm glad we do. The team were able to diagnose a problem before it turned into a crisis and provided expert advice on the repairs needed. They even provided information about alternative service providers, given they are so in demand. Professional, thorough, and knowledgeable service. Can't recommend highly enough.
