Very knowledgeable and clearly explains what is happening step by step during the inspection. Using a camera, the inspectors explained what was working and what was not working. Before moving on to more expensive options, everything was explained (including which additional steps would probably just be an unneeded extra cost) Paid by etransfer and detailed inspection report was emailed 2 days after payment and included camera pictures. Very good service. I did my homework a got multiple quotes for this septic work, and they were by far the best price AND the most detailed quotes/invoices.
Jonathan took the time multiple times to answer my questions and explain the work and any consideration. They were very clear with what was going to be done and I had no surprises.
Even the team on site doing the work insisted on spending multiple minutes re-explaining to me everything that they had done, every little challenges they faced, particularities of my system, etc...
