Mr. Kashiba has demonstrated from day one an exceptional devotion to providing a comfortable and pleasant living environment for his tenants.
One of the things that sets it apart is its transparent and fast communication. Whenever I had a question or concern, he always responded efficiently, and was very open to resolving any issues (there were none!) that might have arisen. occur. This availability and accessibility has greatly contributed to creating a feeling of trust and security.
In addition, he always showed great concern for the well-being of his tenants, he ensured that the accommodation was in excellent condition when I moved in and if anything ever required repair, he took immediate measures to resolve the situation.
We can also note great friendliness and courtesy on his part, these are significant aspects when looking for accommodation!
I couldn't wish for a better owner! -
