(August 26, 2018, 3:37 pm)This is a little escape that is worth checking out. It's not very popular as most people just drive right on by. But it's a pleasant and serene little island. Google maps doesn't show a parking lot here but there is a small one. It's a cute little date spot. Beautiful views of the Ottawa river. Only down side is with the traffic of road/bridge beside it, can be a little noisy, but honestly not that bad. enjoy
