(August 4, 2020, 9:53 pm)I was looking for a new place for my car maintenance so I tried this place. They are very professional and I have no issues with the quality. However, the devil is in the details, the overall experience was disappointing.
They didn't respect their initial delay commitment (due to part supply) and made no attempt to compensate. Also, on an expensive job, they charged me 6$ for a battery for my key that I didn't ask them to change. They charged 30 minutes of work (50$) for a general "inspection" when it was pretty apparent what the problem was.
I'm afraid that it will be difficult for me to trust them for future work.
