(October 26, 2020, 4:28 pm)Back in March of 2020 I had a few things that needed replacing on my 3 year old Weber grill (I've been a lifelong owner of Weber grills). I called Weber and NONE of the parts were covered under the warranty, which is supposedly, one of the best in their industry. Frustrated, I went to my local Lowe's home improvement store and walked out with the best Napoleon grill they offered. As soon as I got it home I noticed that the assembly folks at Lowes had not installed the doors properly. They were loose on both sides. Seven months, and countless times BBQing on it later, the left side door fell off. I called Napoleon and spoke with Jeff, one of their customer service reps. I told him what had happened and that I was just looking for the clips so that I could reinstall the door. He could've been any nicer or more helpful. The parts department was having a little difficulty locating that particular clip. Jeff told me that he was going to send me a brand new left hand door, including all necessary parts to installing it. He also informed me that my grill had a 15 year "bumper to bumper" warranty so if anything else were to go wrong simply call them back up and they would make it right. THIS WAS A 180 DEGREE DIFFERENCE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I GOT FROM WEBER. Thanks Napoleon and goodbye Weber!! You guys just got a customer for life. Thanks for standing behind what you make!
