He would accompany us to see the places and, since he is so experienced, he would point out subtle things that we would have missed but were really important for our decision process.
He was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with John was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Once we found the right place, he turned into a fierce strategist and got us the place in less than a week with a preemptive offer! We would recommend him to anyone. -
