Oriana was so kind and professional, even though she was getting over a cold and had to wear a mask the entire time. She explained everything thoroughly to us and processed our line of credit application within an hour! My friend and I were so blown away by her quick and efficient service! She is such a sweetheart and I have never seen a financial advisor work so hard and fast in my life. This is the best service I have ever received from a financial advisor and my friend also agrees with me. I even gave her a hug to show my appreciation for her kindness and her rapid help. Thank you Oriana!

(April 21, 2021, 12:58 am)Honnestly, i had so many issues with the customer service that was provided by phone (issues with my card reimbursement, and some profile issues that couldn’t be resolved). The branch manager and customer service rep were able to quickly fix the issue and reimbursed my full amount (no questions asked), and were also able to fix issues with my profile with ease. The staff there is great !
