(February 16, 2024, 8:55 pm)Amazing experience with Ateliers Nelson! I called on a Saturday to get my dryer repaired, and they gave me an appointment for the following Tuesday. The technician was efficient, and completed the job in around 45 minutes!
They’re also very transparent in their prices (120$ including travel and the first 20 minutes and 7.50$/additional 5 minutes, + material), I highly recommend and would definitely call them again if ever need be. -

Very happy with the service they gave! Definitely keeping them on tab for any repairs in the future! -

Worked quickly, was friendly, and even gave me some pointers as I tried to fix it myself before giving up 😅. Reasonable cost and worth every penny. Merci BCP!!!

No need to go elsewhere ... small store ..... Huge service!! -

(November 14, 2018, 5:45 pm)Called these guys because they came recommended by Frigo Mobile(excellent by the way) who could not come due to a family emergency. A technician fixed my machine and left without fully testing it charging me 166$. When I tried it the machine leaked. I called them back because they had a 3 months warranty on their work. He fixed the machine which I am happy about but charged me another 68$ for his time. Apparently the warranty only takes into account the charge for making the call. I will not be calling them again.
