Sonjali helped heal the trauma I experienced with the birth of my first child, and brought me to feel confident and prepared to have my second child naturally. We practiced powerful pain-management techniques, breathing methods and positive visualization. I have been able to use the tools/skills I learned from her in other areas of my life as well. She was empathetic and attentive to my specific case. A very positive experience.

Sonjali makes you feel comfortable and understood from the first moment. She will analyse your triggers and circumstances, and suggest very simple but effective techniques. She will be able to recommend solutions that are easy to implement with your lifestyle.
