I would like to first alert you to the reviewer Annie Perreault. She is a spammer. As someone who is actually looking for a retirement community for a loved one she has reviewed every single one with her same rating for each . Please report her. Now my review of Villa St Louis is good. A nice community, Very friendly, Clean , Well run and helpful. The only issue is with the first response in the building. It can be difficult to reach a janitor off hours and this does hurt in an urgent situation.
