(August 3, 2023, 6:28 pm)as a business owner i know how difficult it can be to find good employees, so i commend the owner of GIANT. brought my bike in for a crank bearing & Ethan said he would fix it while i wait. he had the part & installed in 20 minutes. all the techs were super polite & skilled. Great price.I know who I'll be recommending when asked.

I had been in battles with Giant Montreal for months trying to get my bike fixed ended up taking back and bringing it here (Giant west island) instead. The mechanics did the work on time and got me a free front chainring replacement.
